Louis van Gaal has been speculatively linked with the Everton job in recent times.
The experienced Dutchman was reportedly lined up to take the reins at Goodison Park, with Everton’s hunt for a manager continuing to drag on for almost a month now.
However, Van Gaal discussed the prospect of joining Everton with Carrie Brown and insisted that he was not interested in the role.
Van Gaal has been out of work since being sacked by Manchester United in 2016 and is seemingly willing to return to the Premier League one day, but for a bigger club than Everton.
