While on her way to winning a gold medal in the 2018 Winter Olympics, 17-year-old snowboarder Chloe Kim used her tweets to let everyone knowthat she really loves food. Since becoming a gold medalist, Kim has been talking about food a lot.
Now, she’s on a cereal box. To caption the sponsored Instagram post, Kim wrote, “You all know I think about food too often…which made me the perfect fit for #teamkelloggs.”
Kim has probably had many other companies reach out since becoming an Olympic favorite. She told CNBC how she picks which brands to work with:
“It’s so much more than just a contract. I genuinely only want to work with people that I agree with on certain things,” she continued. “There were many sponsors I didn’t want to work with because I didn’t agree with their messages that they wanted to use me to convey.”
