Cyprus remains “firmly committed” to the principles and values of the UN Charter, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says on the occasion of the international organisation`s 75th anniversary, noting that multilateralism and global cooperation are needed now more than ever.

The Republic of #Cyprus, an active Member for past 60 years, remains firmly committed to the principles & values of #UNCharter that entered into force #OTD in 1945. #Multilateralism & global #cooperation are needed now more than ever. #UNDay2020,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says in a message on Twitter, on Saturday.
