Cyprus President, Nikos Christodoulides, participated in the European People’s Party’s videoconference, during which the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, informed the members of the political group about yesterday’s meeting between the Presidents of Ukraine and the United States, according to Government Spokesperson, Konstantinos Letymbiotis.

In his post on X, Letymbiotis notes that the EPP video conference in which President Christodoulides participated has concluded.

According to the Spokesperson, the President of the European Commission, informed the members of the EPP about yesterday’s meeting between the President of Ukraine and the President of the United States.

Letymbiotis notes that the videoconference of the members of the Coalition of the Willing would follow, while at 2pm the President of the Republic would participate in the videoconference convened by the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, for the leaders of the EU member states.
