Leonardo Hotels and Resorts Mediterranean announced this week it is expanding its presence in Greece with the opening of the Meravia-Leonardo Limited Edition unit in Halkidiki on May 1.

The international hotel brand, part of the greater Leonardo Hotels group, is therefore adding a fifth unit in Greece to its portfolio that also boasts eight assets in Cyprus.

Meravia is located at Kassandra, western Halkidiki. It offers 188 rooms of which 34 are suites with private swimming pools. It will also have four restaurants, four bars, an infinity pool, a private beach and a spa & wellness center.

The unit will also be able to host destination weddings and other private functions.
