Djavan van de Fliert will star as Jon, a young composer racing against time, with Dan Buckley as his best friend Michael and Laura Marie Benson as his girlfriend Susan.
A spokesman for the Brussels based theatre company said, “Rehearsals begin next week and we cannot wait to welcome this extraordinary trio to Brussels.”
Brussels-born van de Fliert graduated from ArtsEducational Schools in 2022 and made his professional debut as Kristoff in Frozen The Musical at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, earning a WhatsOnStage nomination for Best Professional Debut.
He has since played Enjolras in Les Misérables (Sondheim Theatre), Freddy Eynsford-Hill in My Fair Lady (Leicester Curve), and most recently Marcel/Yves in Piaf at the Watermill Theatre.
Dan Buckley, a Mountview graduate, has built an impressive career on stages across the UK and beyond. Highlights include Fisherman’s Friends The Musical (UK Tour and Toronto), The Book of Mormon (Prince of Wales Theatre), Eugenius! (London Palladium & The Other Palace), Spring Awakening (UK Tour), and Sweeney Todd (Derby and Mercury Theatre).
His credits also span film, commercials, voiceover, and numerous original cast recordings.
Laura Marie Benson trained at The Urdang Academy and has toured internationally in Madagascar the Musical, American Idiot, and Thoroughly Modern Millie.
