Eurostat: Cyprus records the lowest overcrowding rate in the EU
Cyprus ranks first in the European Union for housing conditions, recording the lowest rate of household overcrowding, according to latest Eurostat data for 2024. Just 2.4% of the population in Cyprus lived in overcrowded households, the lowest share among all EU member states.
