Solon HJ-04 Chapter of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA), in a move demonstrating solidarity and social responsibility, is undertaking a significant initiative to support voluntarily the Hatzikyriakion Foundation for Children Protection.

Specifically, the Chapter HJ-04 Solon, with the help of its members who are active and recognized professionals in exclusive business fields and under the guidance of its President, Mr. Alexandros Dimas, is undertaking the creation of a Career Office for young adult women on an age that they must leave the foundation and build their life.

A Career Office for Young Women.
The Career Office will be run by the Hatzikyriakion Foundation and aims to provide comprehensive support to young adult women who have graduated and are now seeking their first professional experience. Through the Career Office, they will have the opportunity to create an attractive resume and acquire the necessary knowledge to excel in the professional world.

Focus on Equality and Data Protection
The President of the AHEPA Chapter HJ-04 Solon, mr Alexandros Dimas, emphasizes the importance of gender equality and data protection.

Based on his extensive experience in the Aviation Logistics and before that in HR Recruitment and Head Hunting sector, and as a volunteer Board member of AHEPA Chapter HJ-04 Solon leading 7 Directors (Charity, Civic Responsibility, Athletics, Veterans & Military Affairs, Education, Family Excellence, Hellenism) and 47 members with a very good resume on sound social and educational impact projects, he has undertaken the task to provide guidance to the team so that the Career Office operates effectively and in full compliance with the GDPR regulation.

The goal is to encourage young women to pursue the positions of employment they desire, facing all challenges as equals to men.

Ms. Anastasia Katsilieris, Director of Children Protection of the Hatzikyriakion Foundation, expressed her gratitude to the Chapter Solon HJ-04 for this significant initiative.

A Collaboration Bearing Fruit
The collaboration between the Solon HJ-04 Chapter and the Hatzikyriakion Foundation is a shining example of solidarity and social responsibility.

Started in 2023 and supported by the management team of the chapter from the beginning.

Initially the Team comprised by the present President of the Chapter Mr. Alexandros Dimas, Past President Mr. Christos Faslis, V. President Mr. Soteris Stasinopoulos, Senior Board Member Mr. Mike Galiatsatos, Charity Director Mr. George Tsonis and the Senior Charity Board Member Mr. Antonis Papanikolaou supported the foundation with two annual standard contributions for the children.

Under the auspices of AHEPA HELLAS and the leading Governor Chris Karapiperis, it is expected that additional Chapters will strengthen the initiative with their truly valuable human capital, and by extension, in additional Foundations.
