The British Bases in Cyprus said on Friday that they did not participate in Israel’s air strikes against Iran.
A statement says that they are monitoring reports regarding Israel’s overnight air strikes “and can confirm British forces, including the British Bases, did not participate”.
“As the Prime Minister said, we urge all parties to step back and reduce tensions urgently. Escalation serves no one in the region”, the statement reads.
