Deputy Ministry of Culture announces 2024 Cultural Decentralisation ProgrammeCyprus’ Deputy Ministry of Culture has announced the “Cultural Decentralisation Programme”, for 2024. The closing date for applications is Friday, February 23.

According to a press release, the aim of the programme is to promote Cultural Decentralisation through a series of activities, which contribute to the promotion, cultivation and dissemination of culture in the rural areas, the encouragement of mobility of artists and other cultural professionals. It also aims to shape creators’ and viewers’ artistic perception and sensibility.

The Cultural Decentralisation Programme offers grants for cultural activities, which are implemented by institutions, natural persons and by Community Councils.
