Sovereign equality cannot be accepted, Cyprus FM stresses
Cyprus Foreign Minister, Nikos Christodoulides, has stressed that sovereign equality cannot be accepted because it would result in the recognition of a separate state in the occupied areas of Cyprus, and therefore it is not within the framework of a bizonal, bicommunal federation.
