For the period of January – June 2025, arrivals of tourists in Cyprus totaled 1,843,013 compared to 1,652,475 in the corresponding period of 2024, recording an increase of 11.5%, according to data published on Thursday by the Statistical Service.

Tourist arrivals reached 3,907,137 for the period of January – November 2024, compared to 3,722,022 in the same period of 2023, recording an increase of 5%. The number of tourists for the first eleven months of 2024 surpassed the total number of tourist arrivals for 2023, when they reached 3,845,652.
Tourist arrivals in March rose by 9.8% year on year reaching 202,256, marking an annual increase for the second consecutive month.
Tourist arrivals in Cyprus increased by 20.1% in 2023 compared to the previous year, according to the latest data released by the Statistical Service of Cyprus. This represents the third-highest performing year, surpassed only by 2018 and 2019, when record arrivals were recorded.
Deputy Minister of Tourism, Kostas Koumis, said on Thursday that tourist arrivals from Poland are expected to surpass 300,000 in 2024. Koumis had significant meetings with tourism stakeholders in the country during his visit there on Thursday and Friday.

For the period of January – December 2022, arrivals of tourists totaled 3,201,080, compared to 1,936,931 in the corresponding period of 2021, 631,609 in 2020 and 3,976,777 arrivals in the same period of 2019, announced the Statistical Service of Cyprus.
