Cyprus reunification must not be deferred any longer, US Ambassador Julie Fisher said, speaking Thursday evening during a reception for the 4th of July, in the presence of President Nikos Christodoulides.
US Ambassador to Cyprus, Julie Fisher, said on Wednesday, after a meeting with Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar, that she expressed her Government’s commitment to supporting the resumption of the talks and a bizonal bicommunal federation.
President Nikos Christodoulides had the opportunity to discuss specific actions that will further strengthen relations between Cyprus and the United States during a meeting with US Ambassador to Cyprus Julie Fisher, at the Presidential Palace, on Friday.
