Lamda Development’s confrontation with the municipalities of Glyfada and Alimos, which are adjacent to the projects in Elliniko, is growing.

They are considering filing a new appeal with the Council of State to clarify whether or not the benefits of the New Building Code that was ruled unconstitutional by the Council of State are valid.

The issue is crucial for the project concessionaire’s revenues since if the pending appeal is accepted, it is estimated that the buildable areas in Elliniko – for projects that had not started before the decision of the Council of State – may be limited by tens of thousands of square meters.
