At a time that is both crucial and fluid in geopolitical terms, French President Emmanuel Macron and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will meet on Friday, April 24, at 19:30 at the archaeological site of the Roman Agora in Athens to discuss challenges currently facing Europe and the way ahead.
The discussion will be moderated by Kathimerini Executive Editor Alexis Papachelas.
Defense and the European Union’s strategic autonomy, relations with the US, Russia and the Middle East, lessons learnt from successive crises, the need for energy security and the strengthening of Greek-French cooperation are some of the issues the two heads of government will be invited to address.
