A call made last night at the Larnaca International Airport that a bomb was set to explode on a passenger aircraft on the way to Abu Dhabi, had authorities on full alert.
It was not long before the hoax was discovered, as the plane landed safely in its destination some time later, without any issues.
Police are now looking for the prankster who caused grave concern amonsgt passengers on the most busy time of the summer season.
